READARY(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집방법
- 필수 항목: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(암호화 저장), 닉네임
- 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동 생성되는 정보: 구독 상태, 결제 내역, 이어보기 기록, 찜한 작품 목록, 접속 기기 정보
- 수집방법: 회원가입, 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동 수집

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적
- 회원 식별 및 로그인 유지
- 구독(유료) 서비스 제공 및 결제 처리
- 이어보기, 찜하기 등 개인화 기능 제공
- 공지사항 전달 및 민원 처리

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등) 해당 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.

4. 개인정보의 파기절차 및 방법
탈퇴 등으로 개인정보의 처리 목적이 달성된 경우, 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구 불가능한 방법으로 즉시 삭제합니다.

5. 개인정보 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않으며, 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 절차에 따른 요청이 있는 경우에 한하여 제공할 수 있습니다.

6. 개인정보 처리 위탁
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다.
- Google LLC(Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage): 회원 인증 및 데이터 저장

7. 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 그 행사방법
이용자는 마이페이지를 통해 언제든지 본인의 개인정보를 열람·수정할 수 있으며, 회원 탈퇴를 통해 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 문의는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치
회사는 비밀번호 암호화, 접근권한 관리, 보안 프로그램 설치 등을 통해 개인정보의 안전성을 확보하고 있습니다.

READARY ("Company") values user privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.

1. Personal Information Collected and Collection Method
- Required: email address, password (stored encrypted), nickname
- Automatically generated during use: subscription status, payment history, reading progress, bookmarked stories, device information
- Collection method: at sign-up and automatically during Service use

2. Purpose of Collection and Use
- Member identification and login persistence
- Providing paid subscription service and processing payments
- Providing personalization features such as continue-reading and bookmarks
- Delivering notices and handling inquiries

3. Retention and Use Period
Personal information is destroyed without delay upon account deletion, except where retention is required by applicable law (e.g. consumer protection law), in which case it is retained for the period required by that law.

4. Destruction Procedure and Method
Once the purpose of processing has been achieved (e.g. through account deletion), information stored electronically is deleted immediately using methods that prevent recovery.

5. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties in principle, except where required by law or requested through lawful procedures by an investigative authority.

6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
The Company outsources personal information processing as follows for Service provision:
- Google LLC (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage): member authentication and data storage

7. Rights of Users and Legal Guardians
Users may view and edit their personal information at any time via My Page, and may request deletion of their personal information by deleting their account. Other inquiries may be directed to the contact below.

The Company secures personal information through password encryption, access control, and security software.
